How Can You Get an Estimate Over the Phone?
More times than not we can get the square footage of the area to be cleaned over Google Earth. The complexity of estimate will vary with a visitation.

How Much Water Will You Use and Cost?
Some of our pressure washers run at 4 gallons a minute. If we run our machines for one hour straight, we can use 240 gallons an hour. All jobs will vary, but after speaking to the water authority the price per gallon of water is .005 cents a gallon. Using the same calculation above it will cost $1.20 in water an hour.

What Can I Expect to Pay for Services?
This will of course vary based on size and complexity. A small driveway cleaning won't cost a lot, but if there are long sidewalks and other surfaces it will be based on square footage.

Are Your Methods Safe for the Exterior?
Yes, we wouldn't apply any pressure that would hurt your house.

Do you use Chemicals on the Job?
Yes. We use certain chemicals and soaps that help kill the mold, mildew, and algae. Each job will determine which chemicals to use.
